Window Lintels Repair & Replacement Process:

As required for the building, we install the rigging equipment. In case Window Lintel Repair is required, we graze the existing one and re-paint it. To guarantee Maximum Waterproofing, we also carry out Window Caulking. If Window Lintel Replacement is required, the bricks are detached up to three courses and the rear surface is smoothened by applying Waterproof Stucco. To allow minimal water seepage, we install 3000 Membrane Paper and also fit the New Window Lintel and replace the three courses of bricks with matching ones. In Brick Mortar Joints, we install Weep Holes if required.

Window Sills Repair / Replace Process:

Damaged Window Sills are repaired with Waterproof Masonry Cement. In case of Window Sill Replacement, the existing Window Sill is removed and the surface is prepared with Waterproof Masonry Cement. We fit not less than 4” Thick Precast Concrete Window Sills.
The outward pitch of window sills is properly done so that water doesn’t stay on the sill or leak inside.
